Issues Attending via an Apple Computer

Tried using Safari web browser:  Logged in fine, could see chat fine. Even watched videos of “Staff Picks” and all was working well. 

Here’s my gripe: The show started and the screen reflected no issues, just continued to show awaiting for show. ONLY reason I knew there was an issue was due to the fact I could see people in the chat saying how amazing the show was.

I switched to Firefox and viola! Show came right up with no issue! 

The lack of technical documentation and/or clarification of what is needed to attend a show is unacceptable. If you want to provide a platform that performers can perform and charge, then be clear on what work and what doesn’t work! Why do you state the shows work from IOS, etc. but that’s not completely true! 

Thanks I only missed 2 songs, but I saw many complaints of the same.
