Test run for first timer.

Hi This looks awesome .

I’m a bit of a perfectionist and don’t want to mess things up with a silly mistake.  I’d love to be able to just concentrate on the music.  Beyond a soundcheck.  I’d like to have a test event. Where I can perhaps purchase one ticket for my techie friend to watch in the kitchen so. We see what the customer sees and I can see how it is for the artist and we can can compare notes at the end.  

im not at all concerned with the logistics of how, when payment comes. Just want to be my best as a solo acoustic artist. And make the most of this amazing software 

Questions

once I’m set up. Does every gig become searchable and public ? Or can I ‘hide’ a gig for the purposes of test run.

can I make just a single ticket available?

any pitfalls of doing this? Or other ways?
