Performers - Marketing: Contact / Email / Emailing your fans, current and previous ticket holders
(Stageit does not pass along user emails directly. All emails will be facilitated through the Stageit system.)
When you create a show: Click email Followers to announce your new show.
It's a great idea to remind your ticket holders about your performance on Stageit. You can easily send them an email reminder before your show starts. Here's how:
- Create your show and then click Save.
- On the Congratulations! page, you will see a green button that says Email Followers.
- Click the Email Followers button.
- Enter your message and click Send.
Before the show: Remind your ticket holders about your show.
It's a great idea to remind your ticket holders about your performance on Stageit. You can easily send them an email reminder before your show starts. Here's how:
- Head to Performer Tools -> Upcoming Shows -> and then click on the Edit show details button.
- On the right side of your screen, you will see a list of your ticket holders. Select some or click Select all.
- Then, click the Email ticket holders button.
- Enter your message and click send.
After the show: Thanks for coming to my show!
After your show has ended, you can easily send a "Thank You" note to everyone who purchased a ticket to your show. This is a great way to get fans to join your fanclub, check out your new tour dates, or purchase a new release. Here's how:
- Go to your show report by clicking Performer Tools -> Previous Performances -> and then clicking the Report button.
- Under ticket holders, select some fans, or click Select all.
- Click the Email selected ticket holders button
- Enter your message and click send.
