How do I begin my show?
Before starting your show, it is always a good idea to do a sound check to check your audio and video settings and learn how the Stageit broadcaster works.
- When your scheduled show time arrives, you should already be on your stage.
- You can access the stage by heading to Performer Tools -> Upcoming Shows -> and clicking the Go To Stage button.
- If you have several upcoming shows and would like to access a show beyond your next upcoming show, click Get on Stage on that specific show.
- Once on stage, you can begin your show by clicking the GO LIVE button.
What happens when my time runs out?
- We would never cut off your originally scheduled show. At the completion of your scheduled show, you will automatically move into the "encore" phase. This will be 20 minutes in duration. After the first 10 minutes, you will be notified that you have 10 minutes left to perform if you choose to. This is the only encore and the show will end automatically at the completion of 20 minutes.
I'm done performing. How do I end my show?
- You can end your show at any time by clicking END SHOW. This is the same button you used to start your show.
- Please note: once you end your show, you will not be able to start it back up again.
Something went wrong with my show. How do I give refunds?
- You cannot give refunds. Notes are non-refundable and non-returnable for cash. However, if you cancel a show prior to performing, notes will be returned to ticket holders.
