Why does my chat say Disconnecting / Reconnecting?

Typically this occurs when one has more than one browser window / tab open while using the same username.

What to do:

1. Check to make sure you have no other browsers open on your username by closing all browser windows other than the show you have running. 
2. If that doesn't work, make sure no on else is using your username to view the show.
